became ISO-9002-94 and SAE AS-9000 registered in September, 1998; the Quality Program
Manual is also in compliance with AQAP-4, MIL-I-45208 and MIL-STD-45662 and is available
for inspection through the Quality Assurance Manager.
Equipment supplied to Exactatherm meets the
following specifications:
For process and temperature control, all
plants are equipped with a minimum of two hardness testers capable of standard and
superficial testing and also one portable hardness tester for large sections.
Each piece of testing equipment is checked
and serviced every three months by an external source to maintain accurate calibration to
national standards.
In house Quality Control Laboratory is
located at the head office in Mississauga equipped for the following services:
